Eligibility

Training programs at PASTEC are exclusively available to:

• Serving police personnel from state police forces
• Personnel from Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) including CRPF, BSF, CISF, ITBP, SSB
• Other government security personnel as authorized by the administration

Registration Requirements

To register for training programs, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the registration form
• Submit valid government-issued identification (compulsory)
• Obtain departmental approval for training attendance
• Agree to abide by all training rules and regulations

Training Rules & Regulations

Participants must adhere to the following during training:

• Maintain punctuality and attend all scheduled sessions
• Follow all safety protocols and instructor directions
• Handle all equipment and drones with care
• Wear appropriate safety gear during practical sessions
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Not consume alcohol or drugs during training hours

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the training start date. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future registration eligibility.

Certification

Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of all training requirements, including attendance, practical assessments, and theory examinations. Misconduct or failure to complete requirements may result in denial of certification.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, and intellectual property developed by PASTEC remain the property of PASTEC. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Liability

PASTEC is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during training except where caused by our negligence. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modification of Terms

PASTEC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh.
