Step 2 – Nomination / Application

Step 3 – Scrutiny

Applications and nominations are reviewed to verify eligibility and course suitability.

Step 4 – Confirmation

Selected participants receive confirmation along with joining instructions and course details.

Step 5 – Registration

Participants complete registration and document verification upon reporting to PASTEC.

Step 6 – Training

Training is conducted through classroom sessions, simulator exercises, practical flying, and field-based learning.

Step 7 – Assessment and Certification

Participants are evaluated through practical exercises and assessments. Those who successfully complete the programme receive a Course Completion Certificate.
